This will vary depending on which package you chose. Our brand package takes about 4-6 weeks, while our brand + website design package can take between 8-10 weeks. Timelines will vary depending on project scope but we will give you a more detailed timeline during onboarding. Aside from larger scale, one-time design and branding services, some clients opt for recurring maintenance (aka "as needed" services) or ongoing education, which will continue monthly as long as you'd like!

I would argue that brand strategy is the most important part of the entire branding process. Without it, brand design (ie your logo and colors) feels empty and, in the end, is actually less effective. Do you want to attract customers/clients in your target market? Do you want to differentiate yourself from your competitors? Do you want to create life-long customers and loyal fans? If you answered “yes” to any of these — you need strategy.

We will require a 50% deposit before the start of the project, which guarantees you a spot in our calendar. The remaining balance is paid once the project is complete, but prior to the delivery of the final files. In lieu of a one-time project basis, some clients prefer to keep Kestrel Creative on monthly retainer or work on an hourly "per diem" basis. Since all businesses has different needs, each project will be different. Once we’ve had a chat about what you’re looking for, a custom quote will be sent to you along with the project proposal. Every custom project is different. Brand investment starts at an average of $400 while monthly maintenance starts at $150. Projects typically range from $1k to $2.5k.

Font licensing is the responsibility of the client, although we will tell you how to purchase those rights. Additional rounds of revisions are subject to our hourly rate per revision after the first two. Please note, product photography, product descriptions, blog posts and other related, original content written by Kestrel Creative LLC are subject to additional fees.

Our packages are generally created to refresh your brand from start to finish. For that reason, we don’t typically allow clients to use an existing logo. Contact us to inquire about your specific situation.

We do not believe a single logo can capture the full essence of a brand. For this reason, it is our standard to not design “just a logo”.

All files (EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF) are delivered digitally via a shared Google Drive folder.
